Harmony Joy Boyd, 18, is the youngest girl in the Boyd family and started singing at 10 years old. She was in the Advanced Chorus for 3 years in high school, competing in annual state competitions. Harmony is a singer, songwriter and developing guitarist; she recently decided to follow in the footsteps of her older brothers and sisters by picking up the guitar and pursuing the craft of making music with an instrument. Some of her interests include fashion, art, reading and dancing. Her singing style is similar to that of Solange and Sabrina Claudio. Her favorite musical genres are gospel, hip hop, 80 folk/rock, country, classical and jazz. A few of her favorite artists are Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr singers, Tori Kelly and Dominic Miller. She looks forward to pursuing a career in music, fashion, philanthropy and spreading the gospel.
